September in the Calgary Real Estate Market continues to be strong. There has been no indication of slowing down. Its still firmly a sellers market in detached homes, while in apartment condos it is more of a buyers market.
That being said, Interest rates are still low and there are many nd it has never been more affordable to be a home buyer.
